Description
The Wind Power Project in Gujarat State is helping transition India’s energy grid, which in 2022 only met 4% of its total energy demand via wind.
The project comprises 12 Wind Electric Generators, each with a capacity of 2.1 MW, resulting in a total capacity of 25.20 MW. This output displaces CO2 emissions by 48,000 tonnes annually – expected to achieve 483,000 tonnes of CO2 emission reductions during its 10-year crediting period, and resulting in the creation of 300 jobs.
